This role blends creative taste with commercial reality, requiring trend awareness, cultural fluency, and close collaboration with design, ecommerce, marketing, and production teams to deliver collections that perform from concept to launch. The ideal candidate has a strong fashion-driven portfolio, experience designing apparel people actually buy, and a clear point of view on how clothing expresses identity and belonging.
