Senior Paid Media Specialist - CPG

POSITION SUMMARY
The Daily Wire is seeking to add a Senior Paid Media Specialist - CPG, to our team! The Senior Paid Media Specialist - CPG is responsible for executing biddable media campaigns in buying platform engines such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges associated e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in the nuances of the CPG sector.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advertising Campaign Management
Experienced in running paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, Amazon Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat, etc. Manage campaign optimization schedule and tracking system. Lead testing efforts to assess bidding, creative, and landing page efficacy.
 
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
Track metrics specific to CPG success, including lift in household penetration and ROAS. Translate findings from platform analyses into campaign improvement. Assist with reporting for leadership.
 
Creative & Merchandising Strategy
Ideate creative concepts and use analytics to inform further creative ideation and refreshing. Advise on site merchandising to maximize cart size.
 
Industry Knowledge & Trends
Stay on top of industry standards and trends.
 
Other Duties as Assigned
Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate. Complete and submit daily project logs in accordance with Bentkey Project Log Policy.
 
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
 
Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies
- 1-3 years of experience in paid media campaign execution
- In-depth knowledge of paid media strategy: 
- Bid-based buying platforms
- Forecasting and opportunity/gap analysis
- Staying on top of new paid trends and products 
- Research tools/competitive analysis
- Budget/pacing and billing
- In-depth understanding of algorithmic buying strategies and optimization practice
- Possess a strong understanding of cross-channel paid media opportunities (social, video, search, display, CTV) and - the ability to justify unique media mixes
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Compensation:   Dependent upon experience
