The Daily Wire is seeking a Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations to add to our Fulfillment Center! The Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations will supervise and lead a growing team of fulfillment and logistics personnel. This position will require working closely alongside the Vice President of Logistics to assist in developing fulfillment strategy and driving execution for all physical product movement. This person will help develop and drive improvement to critical KPIs, as well as ensuring safety protocols are monitored and enforced for hourly associates. Additionally, they will work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure customer escalations are efficiently identified and resolved.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management and Safety Focus
Manage assigned team of fulfillment and logistics personnel. Ensure safety is prioritized and that safety protocols are established and followed.
Operational Planning and Quality Assurance
Plan daily and weekly production to ensure operational goals are achieved. Drive shipment quality and accuracy. Coordinate with Customer Experience team to identify and resolve customer escalations pertaining to physical product movement.
Inventory Management and Process Efficiency
Coordinate and plan for inventory receipt and management. Lead the charge in developing and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency of customer order fulfillment. Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing inventory and order fulfillment status. Work closely with eCommerce team to coordinate inventory forecasting, demand planning, and purchase orders. Field and escalate system issues to the appropriate parties. Teach and demonstrate best practices to Logistics personnel within Operations department
Other Duties as Assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Education
At minimum a High School Diploma or GED.
Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies
● 2-4+ years of previous professional experience in fulfillment operations or related field
● Previous professional experience with online subscription-based business models strongly preferred.
● Able to navigate ambiguity, while exploring innovative solutions and driving business impact
● Experience with data analytics and reporting
● Outstanding team development and leadership skills
● Strong ability to remain patient, calm, and gracious under stressful circumstances.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly as they relate to email and phone etiquette.
● Familiarity with Shopify and Zendesk
● Highly detail-oriented
● G-suite proficiency
