The Daily Wire is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Coordinator. Reporting to the Talents Manager within the Operations department, the Talent Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating the schedules, travel arrangements, and event logistics for our talented team members. RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Support
Monitor DW emails for Talent. Collect and manage mail for DW Talent. Assist with managing Talents' day-to-day schedules.
Event Coordination and Travel
Coordinate speaking event logistics for DW Talent. Research and book travel for events/tours and build travel itineraries. Work with event hosts and security to arrange all event logistics for Talent, including travel and accommodations, filming logistics, studio space booking, and podcast coordination. Check Talent in for flights and distribute boarding passes. Coordinate travel meals as necessary. Track and reconcile all travel expenses and build event invoicing packets for the Finance team. Reconcile all credit card receipts monthly.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work in conjunction with other departments (Production, Marketing, etc.) to communicate and facilitate the logistics of planning, scheduling, and promoting Talent and Talent-related events.
Other Duties as Assigned
Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience
At least two years of previous agency or professional experience in a similar position preferred. Previous professional Executive Assistant and/or Marketing experience preferred. Skill and inclination for working with numbers coupled with an interest in finance and/or accounting.
