POSITION SUMMARY
The Wardrobe Assistant will support the Wardrobe Department Head with supportive and creative tasks to help ensure the division is operating as effectively and efficiently as possible.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Wardrobe Department Management
Manage day-to-day operations of the wardrobe department, including talent wardrobe prep and wrap-out, wardrobe maintenance, incoming and outgoing dry cleaning, department organizational needs, and maintenance of wardrobe inventory systems/supplies.
 
Project Coordination and Execution
Prep and wrap with guidance of department head for various projects, including shopping/pulling, returning, pick-ups/drop-offs, receipt maintenance, credit card rendering, project management, vendor communication, and talent relations.
 
On-Set Support
Provide on-set presence and support for talent needs.
 
Travel Coordination
Travel for specific projects if needed.
 
Interdepartmental Communication
Maintain and support interdepartmental communications as it pertains to different talent teams and report back to the department head accordingly.

Other Duties as Assigned
Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
 

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
 
Professional Experience
1-2 years of experience in Production/Wardrobe required.
 
Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies
- Willingness and eagerness to receive feedback and direction and use it in a constructive way
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative
- Capable of working well under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Possible travel for specific projects if needed
- G-suite proficiency

Compensation:   Dependent upon experience
