The Daily Wire is looking to add a Talent & Brand Development Executive to our team! The individual in this position will be the driving force behind the management and expansion of a Daily Wire personality and all opportunities associated with their brand. From overseeing day-to-day operations to shaping the strategic direction of the Talent’s brand, including developing talent-branded products and premium content, they will play a pivotal role in maximizing the brand’s business and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
General Management
Oversee the Talent's platform, ensuring it aligns with brand goals and values. Provide general management support for the Talent's business.
Strategy Development
Create a comprehensive strategy for the Talent's brand expansion. Develop and present a yearly Profit & Loss overview. Align strategies with overall organizational goals and objectives.
Brand Building
Define and refine the Talent’s personal brand, ensuring consistency across various platforms. Act as the primary brand builder for the talent, overseeing all aspects associated with the brand. Develop and execute strategies for brand expansion.
Guiding Production & Marketing
Guide all aspects of production for Talent. Ensure high-quality content creation in line with the Talent's brand identity. Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with the host's brand and appeals to the target audience. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends to keep the content fresh and innovative.
Team Supervision
Supervise a team, performing administrative duties such as conducting performance reviews. Arrange weekly task assignments for direct reports.
Business and Revenue Goals
Take responsibility for achieving all assigned business and revenue goals. Oversee the talent's business line, driving strategic initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and brand performance. Track and report on the return on investment for various initiatives.
Public Relations
Take charge of the talent's public relations, managing relationships and ensuring a positive public image.
Partnerships & Guests
Provide guidance on partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values. Suggest suitable show guests based on current events.
Required Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field preferred.
Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies
- 5+ years’ experience of brand and talent management required
- Proven experience in producing and managing content production.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Strong understanding of current events and the media landscape.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on talent management.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail and focus on results is required
- Passion for building brands and a proven track record in developing brand strategies
- Working well independently while possessing strong leadership is required
- Comfortable working in a team setting, being flexible and working well under pressure
- Able to influence stakeholders with ideas that build value
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an - organization, both internally and externally
- G-suite proficiency
- Interest in and/or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscapes a plus
