We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our kids SVOD (Subscription Video on Demand) platform, Bentkey. This platform is dedicated to delivering high-quality content tailored specifically for children aged 3-12 years old, with a potential expansion into interactive games and other engaging features.
Responsibilities
Product Development
Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring the delivery of a user-friendly and captivating SVOD platform for kids. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, engineers, and marketers to define product requirements and prioritize features.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, user preferences, and opportunities for innovation in the kids' entertainment space.
Performance Measurement
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the platform.
Feedback Integration and Improvement
Gather and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and internal teams to continuously improve the platform's features and functionality.
Industry Knowledge and Innovation
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Other Duties as Assigned
Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
· Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, preferably in the SVOD or OTT space.
· Strong understanding of kids' media consumption habits and preferences, with a passion for creating safe and enriching experiences for young audiences.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and product improvements.
